Refunds And Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. If you received your lights and find they are not suitable you may receive an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met.

  • Tax invoice can be provided.
  • Items are in original condition, including all packaging paperwork and accessories.
  • items such as wall lights, pendants, exteriors MUST NOT have been installed.
  • Goods should be returned to the store within 30 days of receiving items.

Items that are Excluded from Return.

  • Custom Made fittings.
  • Custom cut LED strips.
  • Display items.
  • Special Order items that are not part of our standard website range.

Please note: The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery if you have selected the wrong light.

If any damage to the packaging or light fitting/s has occurred there be a 30% restocking fee applied.

To organise a return please call 02 4040 0599 or email sales@alstra.lighting We will provide you with a refund or a store credit, in the amount equal to the price you paid for the items, less shipping and re-stocking fees. The Customer is responsible for organising and paying for return of items to our store, Alstra Lighting. Unit 2/3 Cobbans close, Beresfield. NSW 2322. You can return items that you have purchased online to our store, however you must present your proof of purchase. Our store staff will assess the items and determine whether an exchange will be offered in accordance with our Return Policy. Any refund/credits given, would have be less the original postage and insurance costs. Store credits are valid for 6 months.

Returns for Clearance Items, Made to Order and Special orders

Regrettably, Alstra Lighting will not accept any form of return/s if a customer is to change his/her mind on products classified as made to order, clearance or sale items.

Goods Damaged

If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us sales@alstra.lighting with photos within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and we will arrange a replacement item or part to be sent out as soon as possible. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. We may need some items to be returned to us, regardless of their condition and will require your co-operation in their collection via our nominated courier.
