The vast majority of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Thornton, New South Wales. We also offer a pickup option from our Thornton premises.

We do not offer shipping to any countries other than Australia.

Some particularly bulky items that we don't have in stock at the time of your order may be dispatched from our supplier's warehouses in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. These warehouses are not open to the public, so pickup is not available for products dispatched from these locations.

Under normal conditions, delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days, depending on your location and the size of the products ordered. Remote areas often require longer shipping times. We endeavour to give all customers a tracking number to monitor the progress of their shipment.

In most cases we offer door-to-door shipping to residential and business addresses. In some cases, we may need to ship to a depot for you to collect from, but you'll be notified well in advance of the products leaving us.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of full payment. If you need to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, our standard Returns and Refunds Policy may apply.

We ship the vast majority of our products with Australia Post, StarTrack and Aramex, but reserve the right to use other carriers depending on your location, the size of the consignment, or shipping cost. Some products are shipped direct from our suppliers to help reduce shipping times, and some items may be dispatched in more than one carton.

Shipping times can occasionally increase during busy sale or festive periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday.
