Thermonet EZ 200W Kits
Thermonet EZ 200W/m² kits put out a third more heat than the 150W range. That means faster warm up and more comfort in cold bathrooms, on concrete slabs and in rooms where the floor heating is the main heat source. Kits run from 1 m² to 12 m², with a thermostat included.
When to choose 200W
- Cold slabsConcrete slabs and uninsulated floors lose heat. More output makes up for it.
- Main heat sourceIf there's no other heater in the room, 200W is the safer choice.
- Quick warm upHeats up faster, which suits rooms used for short bursts.
- Same installLaid in tile adhesive, just like the 150W kits.
Questions we get asked
Does 200W cost more to run than 150W?
It draws more power while heating, but it reaches temperature faster and the thermostat cycles it off. The difference is often small.
Should I add insulation boards?
On concrete slabs, an insulation board under the mat improves warm up time and efficiency.
Which size kit do I need?
Measure the open floor area and choose the kit equal to or just under it.
