Ceiling Fans
A good ceiling fan costs cents an hour to run, keeps you cool in summer and, on reverse, pushes warm air back down in winter. We carry over 1,000 fans, including DC, AC, outdoor, hugger and smart models from Calibo, Fanco, Eglo, Martec, Hunter Pacific, ThreeSixty and Ventair.

- Large or open plan spaces56 to 60 inch (142 to 152 cm) and up, or two fans.

Questions we get asked
Should I buy a DC or AC ceiling fan?
DC fans are quieter, use far less power, have more speeds and usually come with a remote. AC fans cost less up front and suit simple wall control. For bedrooms we almost always suggest DC.
Can I use an indoor ceiling fan outside?
Only if it's rated for outdoor use. For alfresco areas, choose a fan rated for covered outdoor areas, and if you're near the coast, one with coastal rated parts.
Should my ceiling fan have a light?
In bedrooms, a fan with a light saves a second ceiling point. In living areas that already have downlights, a fan without a light often looks cleaner.
